There are four formats for the event reservation form.
The "fill-in" forms will allow you to type in the information, print it and send it: - this form can be emailed with Credit Card Billing or No meals requested.Special Hint: Use the [TAB] key to navigate between the fields for the form fill-in The PDF download to print a copy of the form for handwritten submissions
Also, there is a registration "Short Form" for those who are attending sessions without ordering any meals.
Reservation forms submitted by Feb 28th, 2010 will be entered for a free night for the 2011 Sessions
